Job Description :

Our medical practice is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical medicine, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will work under the direction and supervision of a physician to provide high-quality medical care to our patients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct patient interviews and take detailed medical histories.
Perform physical exams and record vital signs.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries.
Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
Educate patients about their health and wellness.
Provide follow-up care and referrals as needed.
Document patient care in electronic medical records.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

In order to excel in this role, the candidate must exhibit:

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform physical exams and other clinical procedures.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and other clinical software.
